SUPERSEDES. This Agreement supersedes and cancels all prior agreements covering the Concession Premises; however, any and all continuing obligations arising under prior agreements shall survive.
SUPERSEDES. This License Agreement supersedes and cancels all prior licenses and agreements covering the Licensed Premises; however, any and all continuing obligations arising under prior agreements shall survive.
SUPERSEDES. This Lease supersedes all prior agreements between the parties.
SUPERSEDES. ENTIRE AGREEMENT - AMENDMENTS This Lease supersedes and cancels all previous leases, agreements, and “special use permits” between Landlord and Tenant covering the Leased Premises and represents the entire agreement between the parties. All negotiations, oral agreements, and understandings are merged herein. This Lease Agreement may be amended, supplemented, changed, modified, or altered only upon mutual agreement of the parties hereto in writing.
SUPERSEDES. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties to this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and understandings between the parties whether oral or written, expressed or implied.

SUPERSEDES. This computer matching agreement supersedes all existing data exchange agreements or memoranda of understanding between the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) concerning reserve pay reconciliation.
SUPERSEDES. This Amendment supersedes and replaces any prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether written, oral or implied, between you and the Company regarding this subject matter described herein, provided that unless specifically superseded by this Amendment, the terms of the Offer Letter remain in full force and effect.
