Supervision by CM/GC. The CM/GC shall give efficient supervision to the work, using his best skill and attention. He shall coordinate the Work with the activities and responsibilities of the Owner, the Design Professional, and CM/GC so as to complete the Project in accordance with the Owner's objectives of quality, cost, and time for completion as set forth in the Construction Documents. He shall carefully study and compare all drawings, specifications, and instructions and shall at once report to the Design Professional any error, inconsistency, or omission that he may discover.
