SUPERVISION BY REGISTERED PHARMACIST. Because of safety and quality control factors, Pharmacy Technicians will be subject to the immediate and personal supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. Immediate and personal supervision in the case of a Pharmacy Technician requires that a Pharmacist verify and document any function performed by a Pharmacy Technician in connection with all activities surrounding the dispensing of a prescription. It is understood and agreed that Pharmacists, as trained professionals, have the ultimate responsibility for dispensing prescriptions.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
