Supervision of CM/GC. The CM/GC shall ensure that a competent Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent, and any necessary assistants, remain on the Project, on a full time basis, until Material Completion and correction of all Minor Items (Interim Inspection for Punchlist Completion), has been satisfactorily achieved under this Contract. The Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent shall not be changed except with the consent of the Owner and the Design Professional unless the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent proves to be unsatisfactory to the CM/GC and ceases to be in his employ. The Project Manager and/or Superintendent represents the CM/GC and all directions given to the manager and/or superintendent shall be as binding as if given to the CM/GC.
