Supervisory Responsibilities of General Agent. The General Agent shall train, supervise and be solely responsible for the conduct of the Agents in their solicitation activities in connection with the Contracts, and shall supervise Agents' strict compliance with applicable rules and regulations of any governmental or other insurance authorities that have jurisdiction over insurance contract activities, as well as the rules and procedures of the Equitable Life Companies pertaining to the solicitation, sale and submission of applications for the Contracts and the provision of services relating to the Contracts. The General Agent shall be solely responsible for background investigations of the proposed agents to determine their qualifications, good character and moral fitness to sell the Contracts.

Supervisory Responsibilities of General Agent. General Agent shall train, supervise and be solely responsible for the conduct of Agents in their solicitation activities in connection with the Contracts, and shall supervise Agents' strict compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of any governmental or other insurance authorities that have jurisdiction over insurance contract activities, as well as the rules and procedures of Life Company pertaining to the solicitation, sale and submission of applications for the Contracts and the provision of services relating to the Contracts. General Agent shall be solely responsible for background investigations of the proposed agents to determine their qualifications, good character and moral fitness to sell the Contracts and will provide Life Company with copies of such investigations upon its request.

The General Agent shall be solely responsible for background investigations of each of its Associate to determine his or her qualifications, good character and moral fitness.

  • Regulatory Responsibilities Following the approval by the FDA of an ANDA, Xxxx shall be solely responsible, with Corium’s reasonable assistance, for maintaining the ANDA for the Product including any necessary periodic reporting requirements. Furthermore, Xxxx shall be responsible for all adverse event reporting as required by the Act. Xxxx agrees to perform these activities in conformance with cGMP, the ANDA specifications and the Act. Xxxx shall provide Corium with copies of all material correspondence from or to regulatory authorities in the Territory relating to the maintenance of the ANDA.

  • Other Responsibilities The delivery of any notices to, and the obtaining of any consents from, any Permitted Transferee with respect to any provision of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Sections 7.1 and 7.4, shall be your sole responsibility, unless otherwise agreed to in writing between such Permitted Transferee and the Sponsor.
