Supplemental Items Allowance. Supplemental items such as prescription safety glasses, approved t-shirts, and sweatshirts may be purchased at the employee’s expense. The parties agree to form a sub-committee of the Labor-Management Committee who will recommend to management the style and logo for the official t-shirt and for College-issued uniforms. Final decision resides with management.
