Supplemental Positions. 1. All supplemental positions shall have a job description developed jointly by the Superintendent and Association President. No new supplemental positions shall be created until bargained between the Board and Association. If a supplemental position is modified, the Association President and the Superintendent shall meet to determine if the job description requires modification.
