Supplementary Salary for Verified Trade Skills. 9.7.1 Any maintenance or grounds maintenance worker may receive a supplementary monthly salary which shall be in addition to all other salary if the maintenance worker possesses verified technical/trade skills which are in addition to the skills called for in the position currently held. Skills for which supplementary salary may be received are: Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, Welding, Electronics, Heating, Ventilating & Air conditioning (HVAC), and such other skills as may be determined by the District.
