Supplementation of Compensation Award. 1. An employee prevented from performing his/her regular work with the Board on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Worker's Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Compensation Act, shall have deductions of that portion of the day not paid by the Workers' Compensation Board made from his/her sick leave allowance for each day the employee is entitled to Workers' Compensation.
