Support Coordinator. Fiserv’s provision of Maintenance Services is contingent upon Client’s designating at least one qualified contact person and alternate (collectively “Support Coordinator”) for each Schedule or for each product within a Schedule who will be Fiserv’s point of contact regarding Maintenance Services. Client may change the Support Coordinator by notifying Fiserv in writing. Telephone support questions from Client’s Software users will be directed to the Support Coordinator. Fiserv is not obliged to respond to inquiries other than from the Support Coordinator. Fiserv also requires that Client designate a secondary contact in addition to the Support Coordinator that will be authorized support contacts, one of whom will be available for contact by Fiserv during the standard support hours. For emergency situations, Fiserv will work with such other persons as identified and authorized by Client in advance subject to the other provisions of this Section 5.

Support Coordinator. Franchisee will designate, in writing, no more that two (2) persons who will be entitled to contact Remedy for Telephone Support. These support coordinators may be changed from time to time upon written notice from Franchisee to Remedy. Remedy is not obligated to directly support Franchisee's internal users except for the designated support coordinators.
Support Coordinator. The individual who has primary responsibility for performance of support coordination activities for an ECF CHOICES member as specified in the Contractor Risk Agreement and meets the qualifications specified in the Contractor Risk Agreement.

  • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.2 In particular, the Coordinator shall be responsible for: - monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations - keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available - collecting, reviewing and submitting information on the progress of the Project and reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification) to the Funding Authority - preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of General Assembly meetings, chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings - transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project,, - administering the financial contribution of the Funding Authority and fulfilling the financial tasks described in Section 7.3 - providing, upon request, the Parties with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Parties to present claims. If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. The Coordinator is authorised to execute with each member of the EEAB a non-disclosure agreement, which terms shall be not less stringent than those stipulated in this Consortium Agreement, no later than 30 days after their nomination or before any confidential information will be exchanged, whichever date is earlier. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]
