Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.
Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.
PRODUCT SUPPORT Partners may provide support for Products and other value-added services, and Partner is responsible for the performance of any services it provides. If Customer purchases Microsoft Support Services through a Partner, Microsoft will be responsible for the performance of those services subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.
End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.
Contractor Licensing, etc. Notwithstanding Section 14.c, District may terminate this Contract immediately by written notice to Contractor upon denial, suspension, revocation, or non-renewal of any license, permit, or certificate that Contractor must hold to provide services under this Contract.
