Support Line / Help Desk Sample Clauses

Support Line / Help Desk. Except for instances when the entire system is not available to any Licensee User, Groupware shall provide to Licensee support line and help desk services at the times and for the services as set forth in Exhibit A, Schedule 2. In the instance that the level of services is not acceptable to Licensee, Licensee's sole remedy shall be the right to terminate this Contract.

  • Help Desk A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer.
