Help Desk Services definition

Help Desk Services has the meaning set out in Section 4.3 of Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications];
Help Desk Services means the services specified in Schedule 2. “Intellectual Property Rights” includes all copyright, trade xxxx, design, patent, semiconductor, circuit layout rights or other proprietary rights, or any rights to registration of such rights existing in Australia, or elsewhere as protected by legislation from time to time, whether created before, on or after the Commencement Date.
