DATA TRANSMISSION DETAILS. 1. As a software services vendor, GTI (CONTRACTOR) has a contract under which it provides data storage and processing services relating to Orange County Part A Data. GTI will transmit the Data described in this document to the Recipient identified above and will transmit the Data described in this document from the Recipient to Orange County Part A; however, the Release will be made only in conjunction with a signed Acknowledgment to GTI. GTI will rely solely on County's directive when releasing the Data to the Recipient.
