SURVEILLANCE/VIDEO CAMERAS. Electronic monitoring equipment, such as video/surveillance equipment, may be installed and used for legitimate security purposes only. Any and all information captured by any electronic means, will not be used in the evaluation and/or observation of any member of the Association unless mutually agreed to by and between the District, the Member, and the Association. Information gathered by any electronic means will not appear or be referenced on any observation or evaluation. Information gathered by any electronic means cannot be used in any disciplinary hearing or proceeding pursuant to Section 3020-a of the Educational Law unless the information reveals the striking of a student or any other illegal activity.

  • Electronic Surveillance The primary purpose of electronic surveillance is to ensure the health, welfare and safety of all educators, students and visitors to District property and to safeguard District facilities and equipment. As such, the District and the Association agree:

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • PATROL VIDEO SYSTEMS 2 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 3 has provided, or will provide, patrol video systems (hereinafter called “PVS”) 4 that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles designated by COUNTY for 5 use within CITY service area.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.
