XXXXXX TIME. Each of the foregoing amounts of Rent shall be paid to Landlord without demand and without deduction, set-off or counterclaim on the first (1st) day of every month during the Term of this Lease (except for the abatement, if any, in the event that the Outside Deadline is not met pursuant to Section 3A). If Landlord shall at any time or times accept Rent after it shall become due and payable, such acceptance shall not excuse a delay upon subsequent occasions, or constitute, or be construed as a waiver of any or all of Landlord's rights hereunder.
