Surveyor License (Forestry). A five percent (5%) differential over an employee’s base pay rate will be paid to an employee occupying a position classified as Natural Resource Specialist 3 (C8503) and who meets all of the following criteria: (1) Possess a current Oregon Professional Surveyor’s License; and (2) The Agency designates in writing that the employee perform all professional land surveyor duties as reflected in the employee’s position description.
