Suspension; Changes. HLI reserves the right to suspend work or to change specifications, drawings or quantities of the Products covered by this Purchase Order, subject to equitable adjustment for any necessary differences in price or time of delivery. If such suspension or changes cause an increase or decrease in the cost of performance of this order or in the time required for its performance, an equitable adjustment shall be negotiated promptly and the order shall be modified in writing accordingly. Any claim by Vendor for adjustment under this clause must be asserted in writing within thirty days from the day of receipt by Vendor of notification of the change or suspension and shall be followed as soon as practicable with specification of the amount claimed and supporting cost figures; however, nothing herein shall excuse Vendor from proceeding with this Purchase Order as changed.

Suspension; Changes. BCH shall be entitled by written order to suspend work or make changes from time to time in any Purchase Order. If such suspension or change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of performance hereunder, an equitable adjustment shall be promptly negotiated by the Parties and shall be evidenced in a writing signed by both Parties. Any claim by Contractor for adjustment hereunder must be asserted in writing within ten (10) days of the date of Contractor’s receipt of notification of the change or suspension and shall be followed by supporting documentation within thirty (30) days from the date of such notification.

  • Election Changes The Executive may modify the amount of Deferrals annually by filing a new Deferral Election Form with the Employer. The modified deferral shall not be effective until the calendar year following the year in which the subsequent Deferral Election Form is received by the Employer.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material.   • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.
