Suspension of Connectivity. Provider understands, acknowledges and agrees that in the event of any incidents that Alliance determines in good faith present an unacceptably high risk to the Alliance information systems infrastructure, including, but not limited to, any Alliance data and information, that Alliance shall notify, and shall have the right to immediately suspend Provider’s electronic access to the Alliance network and data until Alliance determines that the risk has been acceptably mitigated. Provider further understands, acknowledges and agrees that in the event that access is suspended, Alliance will not be liable for any losses resulting from Provider’s loss of electronics access to Alliance’s network and data.
