Suspension or Dismissal Grievance. (a) In the case of a dispute arising from an employee's suspension and/or dismissal, the grievance may commence at Step 3 of the grievance procedure within 10 working days of the date on which the suspension and/or dismissal occurred or within 10 working days of the employee receiving notice of suspension and/or dismissal.
