Common use of Sustainability Plan Clause in Contracts

Sustainability Plan. ‌ The Contractor shall adhere to the measurable goals and milestones outlined in its Sustainability Plan, which it submitted as part of its proposal and is attached hereto as Exhibit 2-D. With the Contracting Officer’s written approval, the Contractor may amend its Sustainability Plan. During the Contract Term, the Contractor may be required to provide a detailed update on the goals and milestones outlined in its Sustainability Plan. The Contractor shall provide such an update to the Airports Authority upon request.
