Aircraft Parking Fees. The Contractor shall pay the Airports Authority forty percent (40%) of all Gross Receipts received from aircraft parking and tie- down on the Premises. The Contractor shall separately report on the Itemized Certified Statement any aircraft handled by the Contractor which are parked outside of the Premises on the Airport’s cargo ramp or jet apron areas designated by the Airports Authority. For such aircraft, Contractor shall pay forty percent (40%) of all Gross Receipts received from each aircraft parking, or the current Jet Apron Fee established by the Airports Authority, whichever is greater.

Aircraft Parking Fees. ‌ The Port shall set rates for aircraft parking and may adjust those rates from time to time. Air Carriers who elect to park aircraft will self-report all usage on their monthly landing and gate use report. The Port, however, reserves the right to use other reasonable and accurate systems or procedures to determine usage and to xxxx the Airline for their use of aircraft parking areas. If the Port invoices the Airline based on an alternative information source, the Airline shall have the right to review and provide additional information to the Port justifying the Airline's position.
Aircraft Parking Fees. Airline shall pay to the City aircraft parking fees associated with Airline’s operation at the Airport. The parking fees as of the Effective Date are set forth in Exhibit B. If the parking fees are adjusted, the City shall notify Airline of the changes prior to the start of each Fiscal Year.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Parking Spaces All fees, taxes, costs, charges and expenses for operating cleaning, painting, managing maintaining, up-keeping, repair, replacement, renovation, overhaul, in respect of the Parking Spaces and also on deployment of personnel and agency for its operation, security, protection and other purposes etc.

  • Landlord’s Fees Whenever Tenant requests Landlord to take any action not required of it hereunder or give any consent required or permitted under this Lease, Tenant will reimburse Landlord for Landlord’s reasonable, out-of-pocket costs payable to third parties and incurred by Landlord in reviewing the proposed action or consent, including reasonable attorneys’, engineers’ or architects’ fees, within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a statement of such costs. In the event the Additional Premises is not ready for delivery to Tenant in the Required Condition on the Additional Premises Delivery Date, then (x) this Amendment and the Lease shall not be void or voidable, (y) Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss or damage resulting therefrom and (z) the new Basic Annual Rent applicable to the Premises shall be as further described in Section 4.3 of this Amendment.
