Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure Sample Clauses

Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure. The Scope of Work for this Agreement for Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure (“STI Work”) shall consist of the STI project identified in the Application, and set forth in Exhibit A-1 Final and Corrected Project Report, which is to be developed and constructed by the Recipient. The Recipient is responsible for and shall ensure the completion of the STI Work in accordance with Program requirements, the Application, and the criteria set forth in Exhibit A-1. The Department reserves the right to review and approve all STI Work to be performed by the Recipient in relation to this Agreement. Any revision to the STI Work shall be submitted in writing for review and approval by the Department and shall require an amendment to this Agreement.
