S COPE OF WORK. Grantee will perform all activities in accordance with the terms of this Contract; Request for Applications (RFA) for Statewide Hospital Preparedness Program, System Agency Solicitation No. #000-0-0000, which is attached hereto as Attachment G and incorporated herein by reference; Xxxxxxx's Solicitation Response Revised Documents, which is attached hereto as Attachment I and incorporated herein by reference; and Xxxxxxx's response to the RFA including any revisions, which is attached hereto as Attachment H and incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict, the following order of precedence shall prevail: 1. This Contract; 2. Attachment G, System Agency Solicitation No. 000-0-0000; 3. Attachment I, Xxxxxxx's Solicitation Response Revised Documents; 4. Attachment H, Xxxxxxx's Solicitation Response.

S COPE OF WORK. In furtherance of and limited to the obligations imposed by the MISS DIG Act, MISS DIG will receive and transmit (i) design ticket requests and (ii) dig notices with respect to planned or proposed excavation or blasting that might affect the Member’s facilities on file with MISS DIG. Member’s participation with MISS DIG and/or status as an Member shall not relieve Member of any responsibilities it now has or hereafter may have with respect to any federal, state or local law or regulation; MISS DIG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO MEMBER’S MEMBERSHIP WITH MISS DIG, THE RECEIPT AND/OR TRANSMITTAL OF NOTICE OF PLANNED OR PROPOSED EXCAVATION OR BLASTING, AND WHETHER SUCH MEMBERSHIP AND/OR NOTICE SATISFIES THE MEMBER’S COMPLIANCE WITH ANY STATE, FEDERAL OR LOCAL LAW OR RULES.
S COPE OF WORK. The scope of Subcontractor’s Work shall be defined by written Work Order to this Agreement. Subcontractor agrees to commence Subcontractor’s work as authorized by the written Work Order and to complete such work within the time set out in the contract documents for the project (“Contract Documents’). Subcontractor’s work shall include all labor and materials necessary or incidental to completing the work in a manner which complies with this Agreement and the Contract Documents, meets the highest industry standards, meets product and material manufacturer’s requirements, and complies with applicable laws, regulations and ordinances (“Subcontractor’s Work” or “Work”). The Subcontractor agrees, per their published price list, to furnish labor, misc materials, services, taxes, permits, fees, freight delivery, supplies, insurance, according to the plans and specifications (details thereof to be furnished as needed) of Architect/Designer/Iron River Construction, LLC, and to the full satisfaction of said Architect/Designer/Iron River Construction, LLC. The Subcontractor shall pay all sales taxes for all materials and labor furnished under this contract. No extra work or changes under this contract will be recognized or paid for unless agreed to by the production team at Iron River Construction. Contractor shall receive a signed Change Order before additional work is done or the changes made. All change orders become part of this original agreement and are contractual. Each Subcontractor shall inform himself fully of all codes, regulations and conditions relating to the construction and labor under which the work is to begin or will be performed, obtain and pay for permits, give all legal fees and secure certificates of inspections that may be require by authorities having jurisdiction over the work.

The Contractor shall visit the site before quoting his tender to ascertain the scope and extent of works under the Contract. Works shall be carried out as detailed and necessitated by the Engineer-in-charge. All attributes involving these aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. 2.4 All the portions of structure disturbed while addition / alteration, shall be made good to match with the existing finish without any extra cost to the Department. Making good all the damaged/disturbed portions of walls, slabs and like and making good surface finishes, etc. to match the existing finishes is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2.5 Contractor shall have to plan his progress accordingly to the relocation / shifting of users / installations, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Site as available and rendered by the Engineer-in-charge shall be completed fully so as to facilitate shifting / relocation of users/installations, etc. so that further rooms / site can be made available to the Contractor to progress work
S COPE OF WORK. The project is more particularly described as follows: Purchase, permitting and installation of shade structures at Alex Road Skatepark more particularly described in the Scope of Work dated June 29, 2020 (Exhibit A). The CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, labor, material and incidentals necessary for the completion of this work according to Exhibit A.

S COPE OF WORK. The Scope of Work (“Work”) for this Agreement shall consist of one or more of the following categories, by or on behalf of the Recipient, within the an Integrated Connectivity Project (ICP) Area as detailed in the Project Report incorporated herein as Exhibit A-1: Included (“x”) Grant Award Categories Housing-Related Infrastructure (HRI) x Program Costs (PGM) x Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure (STI) x Transportation-Related Amenities (TRA) The Department, the Recipient and other parties as required by the Department shall enter into a Disbursement Agreement governing among other things the disbursement of Program funds as more particularly described in Exhibit B hereto. At the request of the Department, Recipient shall provide further and additional evidence sufficient to demonstrate the existence and/or completion of the items listed in the Project Report for which the Recipient’s Application received points. Failure to provide such evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of the Department may result in a reevaluation of the Application and the reductions or cancellation of the amount of the grant award, require repayments of any disbursed Program funds and the disencumbrance of Program funds awarded.

S COPE OF WORK. The Supplier is required to perform only the requirements listed in the body of the purchase order and covered by these terms and conditions. The Supplier will not be required to perform any processes not specifically mentioned. If a Supplier is not able to meet the contractual obligations of this purchase order, it has 3 days to notify FALCON from its issuance; otherwise FALCON will consider the purchase order accepted by the Supplier per Paragraph 2.2 below.
