SUSTAINING ACCEPTABLE Clause Samples

The "Sustaining Acceptable" clause establishes the requirement for maintaining certain standards or conditions throughout the duration of an agreement. In practice, this clause may obligate a party to consistently uphold specified levels of performance, quality, or compliance, such as ensuring ongoing service reliability or adhering to safety protocols. Its core function is to ensure that the agreed-upon standards are not only met at the outset but are sustained over time, thereby protecting the interests of all parties and preventing lapses that could lead to disputes or diminished value.
SUSTAINING ACCEPTABLE. QUALITY LEVELS (AQLs). The CNA shall deploy methods to identify, correct, and prevent defects in quality service levels before the service level becomes unsatisfactory. (See Section G Attachment 2, QASP).
