SWAT Team Compensation. Effective at the beginning of the first pay period after December 1, 2019, members of the SWAT team shall be compensated for the required physical and tactical readiness in the amount of $300 per year. Payment will be made in the first pay period of December, beginning 2019. Only employees who are members of the SWAT team at the time of payment are eligible.
