Common use of Switch Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Switch Upgrades. Generic Switch software and hardware upgrades are not subject to the Switch conversion embargoes or quiet periods described above. If such generic Switch or software upgrades require significant activity related to translations, an abbreviated embargo and/or quiet period may be required. CenturyLink shall implement service order embargoes and/or quiet periods during Switch upgrades in substantially the same time and manner as CenturyLink does for itself, its End User Customers, its Affiliates, and any other party.
