Sworn Members. 40.3 All Sworn Constables must successfully pass the tests in the current year which qualify them for the Ontario Fitness Award or the Prep test, prior to being recommended for reclassification from the rank of: Fourth (4th) to Third (3rd) Class; Third (3rd) to Second (2nd) Class; Second (2nd) to First (1st) Class.
