Synchronized and Integrated Operations. The concerned Discom/STU shall allow the Concessioner to interconnect its generating system at its switch yard and operate it in synchronization with the DISCOM’s/STU’s system subject to the terms and provisions of this agreement. The concessioner shall run the plant as a part of integrated system to generate power in synchronization with the grid and shall inject three phase 50 Hz (nominal) AC Supply into DISCOM’s/STU’s system at an appropriate voltage level The Renewable Hybrid Energy Project Facilities shall be connected to the nearest substation at appropriate voltage level as per MERC Regulations The responsibility of getting connectivity with the transmission system owned by the Discom/STU will lie with the Concessionaire. The entire cost of transmission till Delivery Point including cost of construction of line, Bay, metering and protection system etc. along with Transmission charges, losses etc. up to Maharashtra (STU/ DISCOMs substation) will be borne by the Concessionaire . The Operation/maintenance of evacuation system up to delivery point shall be the responsibility of Concessioner. The Interconnection /Metering Point shall be located at the substation/grid point of Maharashtra STU/DISCOM or any other point mutually decided by the MCGM and Concessioner The Renewable Hybrid Energy Project Facilities shall be connected to the nearest substation/grid point of Maharashtra STU/DISCOM or any other point mutually decided by the MCGM and Concessioner at appropriate voltage level as per MERC Regulations.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).   • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.
