System Credentials. The Researcher shall not use the existing Health System credentials used by the Researcher in his or her capacity as a physician or other clinical service provider, for the purpose of delivering health services to access the Health Systems in order to (i) identify potential Study Participants, or (ii) collect contact information for the eligible Study Participants, or those who have agreed to be contacted for future studies, without AHS’ prior written approval.
