System Extension. (a) The City shall be entitled to carry out or procure the carrying out of any System Extension at any time during the Project Term and Project Co shall not be entitled to object or prevent the carrying out of any such System Extension.

System Extension. Cable extensions from the public right of way to a subscriber premise shall be provided to any subscriber who is located within one hundred fifty (150) feet of aerial feeder cable at no charge. Additional cost may be incurred by the End User if the private property portion of the drop requires any special construction to conform to national electrical code standards. To be clear, all users will be connected to the network at no additional charge if they have existing infrastructure. Additional cost may be incurred only if the location does not currently have customers owned facilities suitable for use.
System Extension. A. The Grantee shall build its cable system so that it is able to provide service to all areas located in the Franchise Area described in Section 1.4 within the City as it existed on January 1, 2003. The Grantee must build the cable system so that it can extend service to residents, including residents located in areas which may be added to the current Franchise area as defined in Section 1.4 of this Agreement, in accordance with Section 7.11.B.2. Grantee shall, with all due diligence, construct its cable communications system to serve all areas within the City, including any previously unserved areas. Construction of the cable communications system in those previously unserved areas shall be completed as soon as possible.

A charge of fifty five cents ($0.55 per foot) will be assessed for any installation in excess of the standard installation footage.

  • TAM Extension Service The TAM Extension Service is an extension of a Red Hat Enterprise Linux TAM Service to provide additional technical knowledge such as SAP implementations on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The TAM Extension Service requires a separate active and paid standard TAM Service Subscription.

  • Term Extension It is understood and agreed that the State may extend the Term an additional period of time, not to exceed one hundred-eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of this Grant Contract, under the same terms and conditions. In no event, however, shall the maximum Term, including all extensions or renewals, exceed a total of sixty (60) months.

  • Contract Term Extension “Contract Term Extension” means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension. When such extension is made, Forest Service shall make an appraisal using standard Forest Service methods and appraisal data in effect 45 days prior to the original Termination Date. In event rates so established would develop Current Contract Value immediately prior to such an extension that is less than Current Contract Value at that time, Flat Rates and Tentative Rates in effect immediately prior to extension shall be retained for the extension period. In consideration for granting an extension, Purchaser shall pay the Government for Purchaser’s failure to cut and remove timber meeting Utilization Standards prior to Contract Term Extension, an amount that shall be the total of the costs to the Government resulting from the delay in harvest of Included Timber. Such costs will be determined by Forest Service and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Territorial Extension At the time of signature of this Agreement, or at any time thereafter, the provisions of this Agreement may be extended to such territories for whose international relations the Government of the United Kingdom are responsible as may be agreed between the Contracting Parties in an Exchange of Notes.

  • Time Extension CONTRACTOR shall provide a time extension request on completion of Task Order for delays caused by others (Permitting Agencies, COUNTY or Contract Cities, or unforeseen conditions such as inclement weather, etc.) and at no fault by CONTRACTOR, subject to approval by COUNTY. COUNTY will review the request and determine in its sole discretion whether the situation warrant a time extension at no-cost or with costs. If CONTRACTOR completes the Task Order beyond the stipulated completion date without COUNTY’s specific written approval for time extension, CONTRACTOR will be subject to liquidated damages and may be construed as non-responsive, which may affect CONTRACTOR for considerations for future Task Orders or projects.

  • Contract Extension The City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally exercise an option to extend the Contract as described in the Contract Documents. In addition, the City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis following contract expiration if authorized under Charter section 99 and the Contract Documents. Contractor shall not increase its pricing in excess of the percentage increase described in the Contract.

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.

  • EXTENSION OF USE The Contract may be extended to additional States or governmental jurisdictions upon mutual written agreement between New York State (the lead contracting State) and the Contractor. Political subdivisions and other authorized entities within each participating State or governmental jurisdiction may also participate in the Contract if such State normally allows participation by such entities. New York State reserves the right to negotiate additional minimum NYS Vehicle Discounts based on any increased volume generated by such extensions.

  • Time Extensions 2.03.1 If Contractor requests an extension of time to complete its performance, then the Director, in consultation with the CPO, may, in his or her sole discretion, extend the time so long as the extension does not exceed 90 days. The extension must be in writing but does not require amendment of this Agreement. Contractor is not entitled to damages for delay(s) regardless of the cause of the delay(s).

  • Contract Extensions This Contract may be extended on an annual basis beyond the Initial Term if the Local Board successfully meets the terms of the Contract for at least three or more years as determined by the State Board.
