System Maps and Technical Documents. Upon request of the Authority, Grantee will share with the Board and/or engineers hired by the Board copies of any system maps, schematics, headend drawings, and any technical documents as necessary for a technical evaluation of the Cable System. Grantor acknowledges the proprietary nature of such documents, and Grantee shall share the copies at the Authority’s premises, except when volume or convenience requires an inspection at Grantee’s premises at the local office.
