System Protection and Metering Requirements. The system protection and metering requirements for Generation Facilities shall be in accordance with the Customer Generation Interconnection Guidelines and Metering Requirements contained in Exhibit A. Deviations in the protection scheme as required pursuant to the Customer Generation Interconnection and Metering Requirements shall be evaluated by Seminole on a case-by-case basis. Any metering or system protection requirements specific to an individual Generation Facility shall be agreed to by the Parties and described in the associated Exhibit B schedule to this Excess Capacity Agreement. Member shall be responsible for meeting the metering and system protection requirements at its own expense. In addition, Member shall be responsible, at its own expense, for conforming to any additional requirements imposed by a Transmission Provider, which have been accepted by Seminole.

The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Master Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order. When practicable, Contractor and Purchaser also shall use telephone orders, email orders, web-based orders, and similar procurement methods (collectively “Purchaser Order”). All Purchase Orders must reference the Master Contract number. The terms of this Master Contract shall apply to any Purchase Order and, in the event of any conflict, the terms of this Master Contract shall prevail. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall any ‘click-agreement,’ software or web-based application terms and conditions, or any other agreement modify the terms and conditions of this Master Contract.
