Systems Access Arrangements. 3.1 Subject to paragraph 4 below, PLL and PLAE may agree in writing from time to time that, as an alternative to providing any information in accordance with the reporting regime set out in the Annexes to this Schedule, the relevant information may be provided by way of systems access, provided that each party is satisfied that adequate controls, including data protection controls, are in place (a "Systems Access Arrangement").
