Common use of TAA Membership Clause in Contracts

TAA Membership. We, the management company representing us, or any locator service that you used confirms membership in good standing of both the Texas Apartment Association and the affiliated local apartment association for the area where the apartment is located at the time of signing this Lease. If not, the following applies:
