  • Modifications and Waivers No provision of this Agreement shall be modified, waived or discharged unless the modification, waiver or discharge is agreed to in writing and signed by the Executive and by an authorized officer of the Company (other than the Executive).   • Funding Increases Before the Funder can make an allocation of additional funds to the HSP, the parties will:

  • Modification to Article V, Section 4 of the DPA Article V, Section 4 of the DPA (Data Breach.) is amended with the following additions: (6) For purposes of defining an unauthorized disclosure or security breach, this definition specifically includes meanings assigned by Texas law, including applicable provisions in the Texas Education Code and Texas Business and Commerce Code.
