  • REVIEW OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 4.2.1 The Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and shall immediately report in writing to the Architect and the State any error, inconsistency or omission he may discover. The Contractor shall not be liable to the State or the Architect for any damage resulting from any such errors, inconsistencies or omissions in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without Contract Documents or, where required, approved Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples for such portion of the Work.

  • Continuing Contracts a. Continuing contracts are contracts that remain in effect until the teacher resigns or retires, or until the contract is terminated or suspended.

  • Construction Contracts Item A: Enter the total dollar amount of all contacts awarded on the project/ program. Item B: Enter the total dollar amount of contracts connected with this project/program that were awarded to Section 3 businesses.

  • AWARD OF SUBCONTRACTS AND OTHER CONTRACTS FOR PORTIONS OFTHE WORK Unless other procedures are specified or required by the Contract Documents or the Bidding Documents, then the following provisions are applicable:

It is the intent of the Contract Documents to describe a functionally complete Project (or portion thereof) to be constructed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Any work, materials or equipment that may reasonably be inferred from the Contract Documents as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not specifically called for. When words which have a well-known technical or trade meaning are used to describe Work, materials or equipment, such words shall be interpreted in accordance with that meaning. Reference to standard specifications, manuals or codes of any technical society, organization or association or to the Laws or Regulations of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Project, whether such reference be specific or by implication, shall mean the latest standard specification, manual, code, Law or Regulation in effect at the time the Work is performed, except as may be otherwise specifically stated herein.

  • Individual Contracts The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be reflected in individual contracts or employment agreements.
