TAK'S RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.1.1.1 TAK shall build its own on-line server. This on-line server will be used to provide real-time data and application updates to the WINK Engine, based on a protocol to be jointly agreed upon by WINK and TAK. TAK owns exclusively all intellectual property rights, title and interest in and to its on-line server.
