Talent Council. The Talent Council and its subcommittees will be responsible for attempting to identify specific steps to implement the Professional Educators Program (PEP) grant. The Committee is chaired by the Superintendent’s Designee; the Committee will be comprised of an equal number of representatives from NHFT and the SAA selected by the Union Presidents. The Administration will provide technical support to the Committee. There are three main foci of the Talent Council:
