Tardiness. Failure to report to work at the beginning of a shift, regardless of last minute unapproved trades. • Failure to transfer from station to station or to an assignment in a timely manner. Absenteeism • Failure to notify supervisor of emergency absenteeism prior to the start of the work shift. • Failure to call in on scheduled work day (no call/no show). • Failure to arrive at work after calling in late. • Failure to report to work at the conclusion of approved leave.
