Target of the Industry Association. The target of the Industry Association is to have such a number of companies committing themselves to the implementation of this Action Plan that it will cover 60% of the energy use within the scope of the Action Plan by the end of 2018. The indicative energy savings target (GWh) of the Action Plan for 2017−2025 is set to 7.5% and the intermedi- ate target is set to 4% for 2020, calculated from the energy use of the Action Plan’s target group1.

Target of the Industry Association. The target is to include 85% of the electricity generation and 70% of the district heat production within the scope of the Energy Efficiency Agreement for Industries by the end of 2018. The target of the Action Plan for savings in the use of primary energy and for improvement in electricity gen- eration, calculated in electrical energy, consist of the improvement targets set by the companies for 2020 and 2025.
Target of the Industry Association. The target is to have 80% of the electricity transmitted to end customers (electricity distribution), the electric- ity sold to end customers (electricity retail sales) and the district heat sold to end customers within the scope of the agreement by the end of 2018. The indicative target of the Action Plan is to implement actions resulting in a saving of 200 GWh of electricity in the transmission and distribution losses of electricity and in the electricity consumption of district heat pro- duction and transmission, and a saving of 200 GWh in the distribution losses of district heat and the consump- tion of fuel in separate production by 2025, when compared against the situation where no new measures are taken.

  • Women in the Industry It is recognised that the Electrical and Communications Contracting industry needs to employ more women and the parties shall discuss means to achieve this during the life of this Agreement. Measures will be implemented that will encourage and assist women to seek and maintain employment in the Electrical and Communications Contacting Industry, including employment of mature age women apprentices to assist in supporting other women apprentices. Specific numbers shall be negotiated on project commencement.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • Local Authority Central Spend Equivalent Funding representing a proportion of the LA Education Budget money which the LA would be able to retain, from the non- delegated elements of the Schools Budget and the relevant items in the LA Budget, if the Academy were a maintained school. The proportion which this funding will represent will be based on the elements of the LA's Section 251 Budget Return which are relevant to that Academy.

  • Interstate Educational Personnel Contracts 1. The designated state official of a party state may make 1 or more contracts on behalf of his state with 1 or more other party states providing for the acceptance of educational personnel. Any such contract for the period of its duration shall be applicable to and binding on the states whose designated state officials enter into it, and the subdivisions of those states, with the same force and effect as if incorporated in this agreement. A designated state official may enter into a contract pursuant to this article only with states in which he finds that there are programs of education, certification standards or other acceptable qualifications that assure preparation or qualification of educational personnel on a basis sufficiently comparable, even though not identical to that prevailing in his own state.
