Target Price. Developer shall not list any of the Homes in the Project for sale without the Town’s prior written consent. Developer shall provide the Town with a list of the initial Target Price for each floor plan prior to listing any Home in the Project for sale. If at any time during the Term unforeseen circumstances beyond Developer’s control result in a material increase in the costs set out in the Cost Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit D, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to amend the Target Price Range to address such unforeseen cost increase.

Target Price. The client undertakes to pay to the PMC for its performance under the contract the realised project management fee, the work site management and administration fee, and the total value of the procurement expenses up to the target price.
