Targeting Other Direct Sellers. Members agree to refrain from systematically targeting members of another network marketing business to become a Member, this includes but is not limited to any Amway Member. If any lawsuit, arbitration, or mediation is brought against any Member alleg- ing that he or she engaged in such prohibited activity, he or she shall indemnify Velovita and the Company against all claims, actions, suits, and demands arising from or related to such targeting.
Targeting Other Direct Sellers. MONAT does not permit Market Partners specifically or consciously targeting the sales force of another direct sales company to sell MONAT products or to become Market Partners for MONAT nor does MONAT permit Market Partners solicitation or enticement of members of the sales force of another direct sales company to violate the terms of their contract with such other company. These practices would clearly violate the Code of Ethics we agree to as members of The Direct Selling Association. Should Market Partners engage in such activity, they bear the risk of being sued by the other direct sales company. If any lawsuit is brought against a Market Partner alleging that he or she engaged in inappropriate recruiting activity of its sales force or customers, or if a Market Partner agrees to any arbitration or mediation process in relation to any such claims, MONAT will not pay any of the Market Partner’s costs including any legal fees, nor will MONAT indemnify the Market Partner for any judgment, award or settlement.

JewelScent does not condone Consultants targeting the sales force of another direct sales company to sell JewelScent products or to become Consultants for JewelScent, nor does JewelScent condone Consultants’ solicitation or enticement of members of the sales force of another direct sales company to violate the terms of their contract with other company. Should Consultants engage in such activity, they bear the risk of being sued by the other direct sales company. If any lawsuit, arbitration or mediation is brought against a Consultant alleging that he or she engaged in inappropriate recruiting activity of its sales force or customers, JewelScent will not pay any of Consultant’s defense costs or legal fees, nor will JewelScent indemnify the Consultant for any judgment, award, or settlement.

VYVO does not condone members specifically or consciously targeting the sales force of another direct sales company to sell VYVO Products or to become members for VYVO, nor does VYVO condone members solicitation or enticement of members of the sales force of another direct sales company to violate the terms of their contract with such other company. Should Affiliates engage in such activity, they bear the risk of being sued by the other direct sales company. If any lawsuit, arbitration or mediation is brought against an Affiliate alleging that he or she engaged in inappropriate recruiting activity of its sales force or customers, wor(l)d will not pay any of Affiliate's defence costs or legal fees, nor will wor(l)d indemnify the Affiliate for any judgment, award, or settlement.
Targeting Other Direct Sellers. You may not consciously target the sales force of another direct sales or multi-level marketing company for recruiting purposes. You may not solicit sales representatives from another direct sales company in ways that would cause these representatives to violate the terms of their contracts with their companies. Should you engage in these activities, you risk being sued by these other direct sales companies, and if any lawsuit, arbitration, or mediation is brought against you, Royaltie will not pay any of your defense costs or legal fees, nor will Royaltie indemnify you for any judgment, award, or settlement.

Scentsy Family does not condone consciously targeting the sales force of another direct sales company for recruiting purposes, nor does Scentsy Family condone the solicitation of sales representatives from another direct sales company in ways that would cause these representatives to violate the terms of their contracts with their companies. Should you engage in these activities, you risk being sued by these other direct sales companies and if any lawsuit, arbitration, or mediation is brought against you, Scentsy Family will not pay any of your defense costs or legal fees, nor will Scentsy Family indemnify you for any judgment, award, or settlement.
Targeting Other Direct Sellers. TLC does not encourage IBOs to target the sales force of another network marketing or direct sales company to sell TLC products or to become TLC IBOs, nor does Total Life Changes encourage IBOs to solicit or entice members of the sales force of another direct sales company to violate the terms of their contract with such other company. IBOs will be responsible for their own conduct and TLC will not indemnify or defend an IBO should another company bring any legal action alleging unethical or inappropriate business conduct.
