Targeting Other Direct Sellers. Members agree to refrain from systematically targeting members of another network marketing business to become a Member, this includes but is not limited to any Amway Member. If any lawsuit, arbitration, or mediation is brought against any Member alleg- ing that he or she engaged in such prohibited activity, he or she shall indemnify Velovita and the Company against all claims, actions, suits, and demands arising from or related to such targeting.
Targeting Other Direct Sellers. MONAT does not permit Market Partners specifically or consciously targeting the sales force of another direct sales company to sell MONAT products or to become Market Partners for MONAT nor does MONAT permit Market Partners solicitation or enticement of members of the sales force of another direct sales company to violate the terms of their contract with such other company. These practices would clearly violate the Code of Ethics we agree to as members of The Direct Selling Association. Should Market Partners engage in such activity, they bear the risk of being sued by the other direct sales company. If any lawsuit is brought against a Market Partner alleging that he or she engaged in inappropriate recruiting activity of its sales force or customers, or if a Market Partner agrees to any arbitration or mediation process in relation to any such claims, MONAT will not pay any of the Market Partner’s costs including any legal fees, nor will MONAT indemnify the Market Partner for any judgment, award or settlement.

LifeVantage does not encourage LifeVantage Consultants to target the sales force of another direct sales company to sell LifeVantage products or to become LifeVantage Consultants for LifeVantage, nor does LifeVantage encourage LifeVantage Consultants to solicit or entice members of the sales force of another direct sales company to violate the terms of their contract with any such other company.

INSPYRE does not condone Brand Ambassadors specifically or consciously targeting the sales force of another direct sales company to sell INSPYRE products or to become IBAs for INSPYRE, nor does INSPYRE condone Brand Ambassador solicitation or enticement of members of the sales force of another direct sales company to violate the terms of their contract with such other company. Should Brand Ambassador engage in such activity, they bear the risk of being sued by the other direct sales company. If any lawsuit, arbitration or mediation is brought against a Brand Ambassador alleging that he or she engaged in an inappropriate recruiting activity of its sales force or customers, INSPYRE will not pay any of the Brand Ambassador's defense costs or legal fees, nor will INSPYRE indemnify the Brand Ambassador for any judgment, award, or settlement

Should Consultants engage in such activity, they bear the risk of being sued by the other direct sales company. If any lawsuit, arbitration or mediation is brought against a Consultant alleging that he or she engaged in inappropriate recruiting activity of its sales force or customers, JewelScent will not pay any of Consultant’s defense costs or legal fees, nor will JewelScent indemnify the Consultant for any judgment, award, or settlement.

MAPLE ORGANICS does not condone consciously targeting the sales force of another direct sales company for recruiting purposes, nor does MAPLE ORGANICS condone the solicitation of sales representatives from another direct sales company in ways that would cause these representatives to violate the terms of their contract with their company. Should you engage in these activities, you risk being sued by these other direct sales companies and if any lawsuit, arbitration, or mediation is brought against you, MAPLE ORGANICS will not pay any of your defense costs or legal fees, nor will MAPLE ORGANICS indemnify you for any judgment, award, or settlement.
Targeting Other Direct Sellers. PURELY™ does not condone the targeting of other direct sales forces of other direct sales companies. Nor does PURELY™ ever knowingly allow an Advisor from another direct sales company to break an agreement with their existing company to pursue PURELY™. If you engage in such activity, you are subject to a lawsuit, arbitration or mediation actions. In the event of such legal action, you indemnify PURELY™ from any legal obligations and PURELY™ will not pay for any fees or costs incurred from legal actions.
