Common use of Task Order Contract Clause in Contracts

Task Order Contract. All Services and compensation shall be obligated pursuant to a Task Order, which shall include: 1) a Statement of Work that will set forth the specific Services and quantity of such Services; and 2) the compensation and payment schedule of such compensation based upon the fees set forth in the Fee Schedule at Exhibit B.

All Services and compensation shall be obligated pursuant to a Task Order, executed by both Parties, which shall include: 1(a) a Statement of Work Services that will set forth the specific Services and quantity of such ServicesServices under such Task Order; and 2( b) the compensation and payment schedule of such compensation under such Task Order, based upon the fees set forth in the Fee Schedule at Exhibit B.B; (c) the Target Starting Date and Target Completion Date for the Services under such Task Order; and (d) other agreed upon terms and conditions relevant to the Services under such Task Order.
