Teacher Conference. A Teacher may request and be granted leave for professional meetings and conferences, according to the individual’s professional need or affiliation. A conference shall be defined as a formal meeting sponsored by a local, state, or national organization relating to the Teacher’s classroom or extra-duty assignments.
