Common use of TEACHER IN CHARGE Clause in Contracts

TEACHER IN CHARGE. A Teacher-In-Charge may be assigned for a minimum of one-half school day by the Principal in a secondary school where the Principal and Vice-Principal(s) are absent from the school. A Teacher shall have the right to refuse such assignment, except in an emergency situation.

TEACHER IN CHARGE. A Teacher shall have the right to refuse such assignment, except in an emergency situation, where administrations absences were not planned. In these circumstances, a minimum of two (2) Teachers- in-Charge shall be designated.
