Teacher Lunch. Each a) Unless alternate arrangements are mutually agreed to between a Principal and the teaching staff, each teacher shall have at least a forty (40) 40 minute duty free uninterrupted lunch, free from supervisory or other duties, lunch period during the scheduled interval between classes for the purpose of the lunch break for pupils and teachers. Each school year the Principal shall prepare a lunch supervision schedule and/or a teacher lunch on-call supervision schedule that ensures that each teacher has at least a 40 minute duty free uninterrupted lunch period.
