Teacher Salary Increase Allocation (TSIA. new salary schedules in place July 1, 2022, for the 2022-2023 School Year • Starting base salary for Teacher PFP is $47,500. • Starting base salary for Teacher GF is $46,980. This is less than the PFP starting salary due to the ratio restrictions for GF raises imposed by the Florida Legislature and Governor. o No salary increase on a GF schedule can exceed 75% of increase given to a PFP schedule per the law. • All pay levels will have at least 2.25% added into the current salary schedules. This percentage increase equates to about $1050-$1505 for pay levels now above the base salary of $47,500. • Mirrored both Grandfathered Schedules to match the corresponding PFP Schedules and placed Grandfathered pay levels on corresponding new pay levels that included at least a 2.25% increase with the new placement. • School counselors, mental health facilitators, mental health counselors, social workers, and speech language pathologists will move to the new Students Services Salary Schedule (old School Psychologists Salary Schedule).
