Common use of Teaching Availability Form Clause in Contracts

Teaching Availability Form. i. To assist in the planning of such assignments for forthcoming semesters and or the summer sessions, Lecturers I, II and III shall fill out a teaching availability form. Such form shall be posted on the Xxxxxxx’x Office and College/School/CE web sites and may be downloaded by the faculty member. A Lecturer who is interested in any assignments for an upcoming academic year must fill out the form and include the following information:
