TEACHING CONDITIONS – INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS. 8.01.1 The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, technological resources, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standardized tests and questionnaires, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. Teachers will be involved in the review of these materials for the purpose of improving the selection and use of such educational tools.
